Brandon Scheffler – As President, Brandon pairs advanced technical expertise with strong business leadership. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from Rockford University and graduated from the rigorous IBEW LU 117 Training Program in 2017. Over his five-year apprenticeship, Brandon completed more than 8,000 hours of intensive classroom and on-the-job training, mastering complex electrical systems, industrial automation, PLCs, and power distribution. This robust foundation enables him to deliver highly accurate, competitive project bids. His diverse field experience spans commercial and institutional sectors.
Mike Scheffler – In 1997, Mike was chosen to be the company’s president, and he served in that capacity until 2024. By creating and implementing the organization’s present policies, Mike contributed to the company’s expansion during his employment. Mike graduated from Judson University in 1984 with a BA in Communications. In 2017, the business brought on Brandon, Mike’s son, and launched its commercial branch. Since 2017, Brandon has been in charge of its commercial section.
Laura Scheffler – Laura started working for the company in 1989, managing its accounting department. She is in charge of bookkeeping, payroll, and waivers. She has been a true asset to the company. Laura graduated from Northern Illinois University in 1986 with a BS in Education.
