Job Description: Electrical Estimator
Scheffler Electric is an electrical contractor that was established in 1975.
We are seeking an experienced estimator.
The ideal candidate must have the ability to put together a complete competitive estimate from start to finish.
The successful candidate will have:
- A minimum of 2-4 years’ experience
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Ability to critically think and multi-task
- Computer proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent communication skills, written and verbal, in English
- Experience in purchasing electrical materials
- Knowledge of Accubid estimating software is required
- Knowledge of electrical construction methods, blueprint reading, drafting, equipment, tools and other process associated with bidding electrical work
- Valid Illinois driver’s license
